In case you're not satisfied with the product, there is NO NEED to return it. We'll refund you the entire amount, where the refund will be credited to your original source of payment within 5-7 days of initiation of refund.
You just need to send an email to support@thebetteralt.com:
- within 15 days of your purchase
- with proof of your purchase (your order number or email address you used to place the order)
- with at least 1 picture of the product you received
You will receive a communication on Email/SMS when refund reference ID has been shared by our payment partner.
