    If a refund is approved for any reason, you are not required to return the product and may keep it. This applies to all refunds, including those approved under the 60-day money-back guarantee.

    If you’re not satisfied with your first one-time purchase of an eligible product, you may request a refund within 60 days of delivery, subject to the eligibility criteria below.

    Eligibility Criteria

    • Applicable only to first-time customers.

    • Valid only on products where the money-back guarantee is explicitly stated.

    • Limited to one refund per product type per customer.

    • Applicable only on the first order linked to a customer’s account, email address, shipping address, or payment method.

    • Refund requests must be submitted within 60 days from the date of delivery.

    BetterAlt reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion in cases of duplicate, overlapping, or suspicious customer information.

    Important Notes

    • No product return is required for refunds approved under this guarantee.

    • Shipping, handling, and optional shipping protection fees are non-refundable.

    • Subscription or recurring autoship orders are NOT eligible for the 60-day money-back guarantee.

    • If an order is exchanged or replaced, the 60-day money-back guarantee for that order becomes void.

    • The guarantee does not apply to dissatisfaction based solely on unmet expectations, taste preference, or failure to experience specific results, as individual results may vary.

    • Any attempt to misuse, abuse, or bypass the first-time purchaser limitation may result in the refund being denied.


    4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

    If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, we will issue a full refund or replacement, as applicable.

    Reporting Timeline

    • Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

    Evidence Required

    • Clear photographic or video proof showing the damage, defect, or incorrect item.

    Refund Processing

    • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after verification.

    • Banks or payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund.

    • No return of the product is required.

    Claims related to damage, defects, or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery and are not covered under the 60-day money-back guarantee.


    5. Refund Method & Chargebacks

    • Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used for the purchase.

    • Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our support team may result in the denial of refund eligibility and may impact future refund requests.
