We ensure that
- all our products reach you in the best of conditions with no damages
- packaging materials used is of the best quality and sourced from reliable vendors
- thorough testing of package worthiness is undertaken before using them for shipping and delivery

Shipping Destination:
- We currently ship to addresses within the United States (USA) only.
- Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time. But we will soon expand to other geographies.

Shipping Fees:
- We offer free standard shipping.

Order Confirmation & Processing:
- As soon as you place your order, you will recieve an order confirmation via e-mail.
- Our team will process the order and hand over to the logistic partner to deliver at your shipping address.
- In case, our logistic partner is unable to reach you at the shipping address or at the suitable time provided by you, then our logistic partner shall contact you to resolve the same.
- During peak seasons or promotional periods, order processing may take slightly longer due to increased demand. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.

Order Tracking:
- Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email.
- You can use the tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment through our shipping carrier's website.
